These are general terms for using this website and requesting detailing services. Detail Xperts should review and finalize them, including deposit, cancellation and warranty terms, before launch.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the vehicle's size, condition or required work differs from what was described. Any change is confirmed with you before work begins.

Bookings

Submitting a booking request does not confirm an appointment. Detail Xperts confirms date, time and location directly. Deposit requirements and accepted payment methods are confirmed at that time.

Service expectations

Detailing improves the condition of a vehicle but cannot reverse every defect. Deep scratches, failed clear coat, permanent staining, odor sources embedded in materials and prior damage may not be fully correctable. We explain the realistic outcome before work begins.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Weather, access or utilities at the service location may also require rescheduling on our side.
